Introduction
The 5·18 Memorial Park was established to remember the May 18 Democratization Movement. The park houses various historical and cultural facilities, including the 5·18 Library, 5·18 Cultural Center, Education Center, Daedong Plaza, Owoldae Tower, and other memorial sculptures and monuments. The park is also home to Mugaksa Temple and walking paths.

Mudeungsan National Park has outstanding eco-system where there are endangered species habitation, such as, otter, flying squirrel, Lindera sericea and so forth and there are Ipseokdae and Seoseokdae situated on over 1,000m of elevation as the highest location from pillar-shaped joints of Korea to be designated as Matural Monument No. 465 with extremely high conservation value.

Juknokwon in Damyang is a bamboo forest cultivated by the town of Damyang. This bamboo forest, at approximately 160,000 ㎡ in size, was formed in May 2003. The rock steps and winds blown between the bamboo trees provide relief from daily stress. Try bamboo leaf tea for a perfect end to the visit.

Daehan Dawon Tea Plantation produces high-quality green tea and is a popular tourist attraction year-round thanks to the vast rows of tea trees that line the hillside like a deep green carpet. Despite being located on a small peak at just 350 meters above sea level, the observation deck at the summit offers views of the sea on clear days. The entrance to the tea plantation is also lined with tall cedar trees, adding a unique aspect to this plantation.

Introduction
Suncheonman Bay's reed field starts from the confluence of Dongcheon and Isacheon Streams and stretches along both sides of the stream for approximately 3 kilometers until it reaches the main reed colony at Suncheonman Bay. The reed fields in Suncheonman Bay are thickly covered with reeds taller than a full-grown man. The scene of the entire field swaying in the wind is like watching waves on the sea. Suncheonman Bay Wetland Reserve is a natural habitat for birds of over 140 species, including endangered bird species as well as birds designated as natural treasures.
